ME
I'm Tom. I help the world's most promising companies to realize their potential, as a Leader, Advisor and Mentor.
I've been privileged to work with some of the best, including Acquia, InVision, Google and WPP.
I love to roll my sleeves up, solve complex problems, and build truly great Sales teams.
I live in Sydney, Australia with my wife and our three young children.

Since graduating from The University of Cambridge in 2007, I've been privileged to live and work in Tokyo, London, Shanghai, California, Boston and Sydney.
I travelled to Japan for two years as a Daiwa Scholar, learning Japanese full-time for a year, then working in Global Communications at the Tokyo 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Bid Committee in Shinjuku.
After returning from Tokyo to London, I was selected as one of eight WPP Fellows, from two thousand applicants. This program rotated me through positions at WPP Operating Companies in London, Shanghai and California. As a WPP Fellow, I was mentored by Sir Martin Sorrell, Founder & CEO of WPP.
After three and a half great years with WPP, I joined Acquia in Boston as VP Strategic Partnerships, where I stayed for five years. I was part of the Leadership team that took Acquia from $60m-$200m revenue, and a $1BN acquisition.
I now live in Sydney with my Australian wife and children, and work as Managing Director, APAC for InVision.
